I'm Sam. My ALCHEMY framework is the path that guides us through transmuting the best parts of yourself and coming out on the other side unshakable. It’s finally standing up and saying a huge FUUUUCK YOOOU to every system you’ve ever been a victim of. We’re not soft over here, we’re taking our power back.

Sixteen years of shadow work and studying psychology & neuroscience alongside my best friend built this methodology before it had a name. Ten years in mortgage operations & sales taught me to build systems that would allow me to turn a 16 hour work day into a 3 hour workday.

My mission is to help other baddies (ladies, gaydies, theydies and gentlemen…if they get it) reclaim themselves and become the person they were meant to be. Healed does not mean soft. A business that is run by an unshakable founder is what turns the lead into gold.

I run a blended household with a kick ass husband, three kids (17, 16 & 1) and four dogs, and I have spent most of my adult life figuring out which parts of what I was handed were actually mine to keep.
