I worked directly with hundreds of realtors during that time. And here's what I noticed:
The best agents weren't always the ones getting the most business.
The agents who dominated their markets had one thing in common: consistent, strategic visibility.
They posted regularly. Their websites were polished. Their Instagram looked professional. Their brand was cohesive.
Meanwhile, equally talented agents—sometimes MORE talented—were struggling because their digital presence screamed "I'm phoning it in."
And I watched it cost them listings.
The Moment I Knew I Had to Leave
I was working with a realtor who had just closed a $2.3M deal. Incredible negotiator. 15 years of experience. Knew her market inside and out.
I pulled up her Instagram to refer a friend.
It hadn't been updated in 6 months.
Her website looked like it was built in 2010. Her Facebook had two posts—both from her brokerage's generic template library.
This woman was a powerhouse. But online? She was invisible.
I thought: Someone should be helping these people.
