The Hot Mess Collective (“THMC”) participates in affiliate, referral, partner, and similar programs.

That means some links, codes, recommendations, products, tools, or resources shared through the THMC website, Biz Notes, email, social media, Pinterest, educational materials, or other communications may have a financial or other material relationship attached to them.

Amazon Associates disclosure

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

When a THMC link to Amazon is an affiliate link, THMC may receive a commission from a qualifying purchase.

Other affiliate and referral relationships

If you purchase, subscribe, open an account, or otherwise take a qualifying action through certain THMC links, codes, or referral methods, THMC may receive:

  • A commission.

  • Referral fee.

  • Account credit.

  • Discount.

  • Partner benefit.

  • Other financial or non-cash compensation.

This compensation does not necessarily increase the price you pay.

THMC’s affiliate, partner, and referral relationships may include programs associated with products and services THMC actually uses, recommends, discusses, or believes may be useful to its audience.

Current relationships include Amazon Associates, the Squarespace Circle Partner program, and the Google Workspace Referral Program, along with other affiliate or referral programs THMC may participate in from time to time.

How recommendations are made

A financial relationship does not guarantee a positive recommendation.

THMC aims to recommend products, tools, and services based on actual relevance, fit, usefulness, experience, or reasonable belief that the resource may be valuable, not solely because compensation is available.

THMC does not control those matters simply because an affiliate or referral relationship exists.
